Up Like A Bird T-shirt

50 years on from the escape of three Republican prisoners from Mountjoy Jail, this t-shirt commemorates their sensational departure by helicopter. It happened at Halloween 1973 and was celebrated in song: “It’s up like a bird and high o’er the prison, three men are missing we heard the warder cry…”
